The Fairtex BXS1 boxing sticks turn a single drill into training for footwork, head movement, evasion, guarding and striking accuracy. Coaches use the sticks to tap at openings and present targets, so the athlete has to slip, block and fire back in rhythm. They are lightweight, easy to handle and come with a nylon carrying bag.
