Shipping Policy

Fight Trade Store ships from two locations: our store in Pompano Beach, Florida (USA stock) and our warehouse in Bangkok, Thailand. The shipping origin of every item is shown on the product page as "Ship From". Please read this policy before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

  • We start preparing your order after the payment is received.
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).
  • Before shipping, we photograph every order and send the photos to you. If something is wrong, tell us before the order ships.
  • Orders with items from both locations ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

2. Shipping from the USA (Pompano Beach, Florida)

  • Carriers: USPS, UPS or DHL Express.
  • Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are calculated at checkout based on weight, size and destination.
  • International orders from the USA are shipped at the rates shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes in your country are paid by the buyer.

3. Shipping from Thailand

  • Free shipping on orders of $70 or more. The minimum order for items shipped from Thailand is $70.
  • Processing: 1–3 business days. Delivery by DHL or FedEx: 3–5 business days after shipment to the USA, 3–7 business days to other countries.
  • Items from Thailand are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duty, taxes and the carrier's customs clearance fees are NOT included in the price and are paid by the buyer directly to the carrier.
  • For the USA, carrier clearance fees are approximately $22 per package plus the applicable US import duty. The carrier will contact you by phone, SMS or email before delivery to collect these charges.
  • Packages refused or not collected because of unpaid duties are not refunded.

4. Local Pickup — Pompano Beach

  • Choose "Pickup in store" at checkout for items in stock in our Florida store.
  • Orders are usually ready within 2 hours during store hours. We will email you when your order is ready.
  • Store hours: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
  • Please bring your order confirmation email. Orders are held for 4 days.

5. Tracking

A tracking number is sent to the email used at checkout as soon as your order ships. The tracking number is proof of shipment and delivery.

6. Responsibility After Shipment

  • Our obligation is fulfilled when the package is handed to the carrier. Risk of loss passes to the buyer at that moment.
  • Delays, loss, theft or damage in transit must be resolved directly with the carrier.
  • Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct. Packages sent to the address you provided are considered delivered as addressed. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the buyer.

7. Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. In rare cases — customs inspections, carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays or other events beyond our control — delivery may take longer, up to 45 days. If your order has not shipped within the stated processing time, we will notify you.
