Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

  1. We start assembling your order after receipt of payment to the company's account.
  2. After the order is collected, we will ship your order by DHL, Thailand Post, US Post, UPS at the address you provided.
  3. Your order will receive a tracking number which can be used to view the status and location of your package.
  4. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email used during purchase.
  5. Domestic shipments have an estimated arrival in 3-21 days all over the continental us.
  6. International shipments have an estimated arrival in 3-45 days depending on shipping service selected, please note customs in your country can take some time to process.

Shipping rates:

  1. All shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, volume, and delivery time of your package.
  2. Price of shipping will be displayed before payment in the checkout phase of your order placement.
  3. Shipping costs from Thailand to the US are included in the price of the item.
  4. Delivery from Thailand to the USA is carried out by DHL.
  5. Shipping from Thailand to other countries is not included in the shipping cost.
  6. Shipping from the US to other countries is not included in the shipping cost.

Import Taxes & Customs Duties:

  • Please note that any additional charges for import taxes/duties levied by customs authorities are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • When ordering goods with delivery from Thailand, the company is not responsible for and does not cover any costs associated with the payment of customs duties.
  • Before receiving the package from Thailand, you will receive a notification on your phone number informing you about the payment of customs duties.
