This website fight-trade.us is operated by Fight Trade Store. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Fight Trade Store. By visiting our site or purchasing from us online or in our store, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products.

1. Use of the Site

• You must be at least the age of majority in your state, or use the site with the consent of a parent or guardian.
• You may not use our products or this site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• We may refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products, Colors and Sizes

• We make every effort to show products and colors accurately, but screens and cameras cannot show color 100% accurately.
• Most fight gear is handmade. Glue marks, natural leather variations and uneven seams are normal and are not defects.
• You are responsible for choosing the correct size, color and model. Size charts are provided on product pages. Contact us before ordering if you need help.
• Each product page shows where the item ships from ("Ship From"): our store in Florida, USA or our warehouse in Thailand.

3. Prices and Orders

• Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice.
• We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household or order, and refuse orders that appear to be placed by resellers.
• If a product is listed with an incorrect price or description because of a typographical error, we may cancel the order and refund the payment in full.
• You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

4. Final Sale, Returns and Shipping

All online sales are final. Returns, refunds, exchanges, shipping responsibility, import duties and claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are part of these Terms.

5. Import Duties and Taxes

Items shipped from Thailand are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duty, taxes and carrier clearance fees are not included in the price and are paid by the buyer.

6. Use of Products

Combat sports equipment is designed for training and competition. Use it under proper supervision and according to the manufacturer's instructions. Protective gear reduces, but does not eliminate, the risk of injury.

7. Errors and Omissions

Information on the site may occasionally contain errors in descriptions, prices, availability or transit times. We reserve the right to correct them and to update information at any time without prior notice.

8. Third-Party Links and Tools

Our site may contain links to third-party websites and tools (for example, carriers' tracking pages). We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices.

9. Comments and Submissions

Reviews, photos and other content you send us may be used, edited and published by us without compensation. You agree that your content will not be false, unlawful, abusive or infringe the rights of others.

10. Intellectual Property

The content of this site, including text, photos, graphics and logos, belongs to Fight Trade Store or its suppliers and may not be copied or used without our written permission. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is". Fight Trade Store is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from the use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fight Trade Store and its employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

14. Severability and Changes

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect. We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
