When making a purchase in the store, you made the decision to buy equipment yourself. You checked the quality of the goods yourself, tried on the equipment, chose the size, chose the color. You independently chose the equipment that suits you and assessed the convenience of the equipment. The store is not responsible for changing your decision after the purchase.

- You must visit the store the same day you made your purchase.
- Fight Trade Store charges a 25% commission for all monetary transactions, decisions, and actions.
You must provide the following:
- The merchandise must be in new condition with tags, packaging, and resealable.
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
- All items must be in the same condition they were sent in (unwashed, unused, unaltered, and with original packaging).
If you purchased gear online from a Fight Trade Store and have questions about your purchase:
- You must notify the store the same day you received your order.
You must provide the following:
- The merchandise must be in new condition with tags, packaging, and resealable.
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
- Please include the original invoice/packaging slip (print up the order confirmation you received in email after the order was placed).
- Describe the cause of this disorder and the situation.
- Attach multiple, clear images of the product and packaging.
- All items must be in the same condition they were sent in (unwashed, unused, unaltered, and with original packaging).
- The store's response to your request does not constitute a guarantee or a promise of a refund for the purchase.
- Fight Trade Store charges a 25% commission for all monetary transactions, decisions, and actions.
