Size guide
It is important to determine the exact size of boxing bag gloves. You have to know that it will directly influence your overall training and development. Sizes will rarely vary between brands but you can always check the correct measurements for the different brands. Getting ill-fitting muay thai bag gloves can result in injuries. In addition, your training will not be 100% sufficient. To determine the correct size for mixed martial arts gloves, you need the palm circumference. Refer to the bag glove size chart to find the right bag glove size for training.
For your convenience, here is a small chart with the four most regular sizes:
Hand Circumference:
- 5-6 Inch (13-15 cm);
- 6-7 Inch (15-18 cm);
- 7-8 Inch (18-20 cm);
- 8-9 Inch (20-23 cm).
